The sea view from the balcony captivates. It draws you in every morning. Spaciousness of the superior twin room provides ample room to stretch out.
Bathroom access into the shower is a challenge due to a narrow gap between sliding doors. The kitchen units are outdated, and the fridge is oversized for the space. The shower leaks, resulting in a flooded bathroom after use. It's also uncomfortable at night due to nearby worker activity, and there's no reception, which complicates things if you need assistance.

Clean rooms with a fantastic view, felt like home. Location: the hotel was just off supermarkets, restaurants and the beach, the outskirts of pefkos and Plakias and lea beaches. Sweet staff, gave a lot of information...

Great views and peaceful location

I always come back here because Lia Studios has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, free parking, a bar/lounge area, and a flat-screen TV. The staff even helped me find my lost barrette once. It's perfect for my city trips.
